Your Onboarding Journey
To ensure a smooth start and excellent onboarding experience, our devoted People and Culture team will guide you through the onboarding process.
Welcome aboard! If you're based in Berlin, we’d love to welcome you personally through a tour of our Headquarters. In our welcome meeting, you'll get an introduction to the key members of our team as well as to our company values and mission. In our product demonstration, we’ll dive into the world of immersive experiences that will help you explore our products and services.
Next you’ll gain a thorough understanding into our operational processes. We make sure to cover all essential information around security and compliance by equipping you with a dedicated session on this topic so you feel super comfortable with these procedures before beginning. Additionally you get to know our tools, programs and platforms in our IT onboarding program, enabling you to utilize them effectively in your daily tasks.
Time to meet your team and get onboarded on specific topics. We will assign you a buddy who will support you with your initial tasks and help you with any topics and questions. In your first days at Journee, we organize special coffee chats. This way you can get to know your colleagues and build strong connections - even across oceans.
Depending on the role, the onboarding process can take up to three weeks. The experience will give you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our workspace, meet your colleagues, and get a feel for our vibrant company culture. Plus, you’ll have time to ask plenty of questions! Our ultimate goal is to make sure you feel welcomed, informed, and equipped for your successful start.
